1. Free CV/Resume Review and Short Inquiry (No Cost, Low Priority):
   This service is aimed at low-income applicants focused on career advancement, not for business inquiries or emergencies. It involves sending a one-minute voice message or a one-paragraph introduction via WhatsApp. Due to limited capacity and being low priority, there is typically a three-month waiting list. In some cases, serious inquiries may receive longer responses or pre-recorded messages with additional guidance. This service is free but has a long waiting time.
2. One-Hour Online Consultation (€80) – Normal Priority:
   Provides detailed advice on specific topics and is categorized as normal priority. It will be scheduled within four weeks of receiving payment, depending on availability. This session can also be used for mixed inquiries or initial introductions to ensure immediate attention, avoiding the free consultation waiting list.
3. One-Hour In-Person Consultation (€200):
   Typically lasts one hour but can extend to two hours for discussions on interviews, negotiations, and contract reviews related to Cademix programs. These sessions are ideal for face-to-face meetings, usually held at the Cademix building in Burgenland, Austria, or arranged in other locations.
4. Emergency Online Consultation (Up to Two Hours) – High Priority (€200):
   For urgent, high-priority situations requiring immediate attention. This service includes up to two hours of online consultation and is typically scheduled within a week of receiving payment.
5. Eight-Hour Consultation Package (€500):
   A flexible package offering eight hours of consultation, which can be divided into multiple sessions or online discussions, valid for two months.
6. Full-Day Industrial Consultation (€1500):
   Tailored for businesses, startups, investors, and educational institutions, this package includes full-day (8 hours) sessions covering IT services, scientific research, software development, marketing and sales, and various B2B services. It also covers invited lectures, workshops, accreditation programs, proposal reviews, and policy-making consultations. Travel time is counted as 50% of working hours, and clients must cover additional expenses such as travel and accommodation.

Booking and Payment Methods

To book a session, please make a payment first. As long as payment is not made, inquiries will be placed in the free consultation waiting list. If you are unsure which package suits your needs, you can start with the €80 package, and any difference can be paid later. For immediate attention, it is highly recommended to send the payment slip along with your request via both WhatsApp and Skype. Please note that Skype is not used for consultations but for ensuring that payment processing is given the correct priority and receives immediate attention.

This program, available for €1200, is designed for individuals aiming to become trainers in the use of AI-assisted tools for conducting research and preparing publications. The curriculum is personalized to adapt to the participant’s field of study, education level, and career goals, with a strong focus on integrating AI into the research and publication process.

Who is this program for?
This program is ideal for professionals across various fields, such as psychology, engineering, or the arts, who want to enhance their research and publication capabilities using AI tools. For example, a participant from the field of psychology will learn how to leverage AI tools to conduct research and write publications relevant to psychology.

Pricing for Self-Organized Groups in Consulting Sessions and Training Programs

At the Cademix Institute of Technology, self-organized groups of participants can use our consulting services and training programs at a reduced cost by sharing the expense. These groups can participate in any of our services, including specialized consulting sessions, article writing workshops, and training programs. With a transparent pricing model, costs are adjusted based on the number of participants, allowing groups to effectively reduce their overall expenses.

Group Consulting Pricing Model:
The pricing for all services, including specialized consulting sessions, article writing packages, and training programs, is calculated using the following formula:
Total Price = Base Price × √(Number of Participants)

The price per person (P) is calculated using the formula P = B / √n, where B is the base price and n is the number of participants. This formula is both fair and simple, as it reduces the cost per person as the group size increases, making it affordable for larger groups while maintaining the total value.

This formula is designed so that as the number of participants increases, the total price increases, but the cost per person gradually decreases, allowing groups to benefit from personalized coaching and consulting at a lower cost.

Advantages of Self-Organized Groups:

1. Reduced Cost per Person: As the number of participants increases, the cost per person decreases, making it more cost-effective for larger groups.
2. Flexibility in Services: Groups can choose from a wide range of services, including specialized consulting, article writing, and training programs.
3. Access to Personalized Coaching and Consulting: Each participant in the group can still benefit from individual coaching and consulting in their chosen area of interest.

Emergency Consultation Session

This package is designed for high-priority, urgent consultations. It includes initial registration, document review, and formal interviews for entry into the Cademix Accelerator program. This service is available for clients needing immediate, off-schedule consultations. A one-hour online session, and if needed, an additional hour on an emergency offline line, are provided for a fee of €200.

Booking and Payment:

To request this session, please pay via PayPal or local exchanges. Include your name and phone number for direct contact. Send a reminder message on WhatsApp with “VIP Reservation” at the beginning, along with your name and contact number.

For workshops requiring follow-up or testing, such as those leading to an online test, workshop certificate, or publication, the emergency consultation session can also be used. This includes workshops on article writing or technical training with assessment and certification.
