However, all individual one-to-one inquiries and personalized cases fall under paid consulting categories.
General Consultation Session (Up to 60 Minutes) – €80
A one-hour online consultation with Dr. Javad Zarbakhsh for individuals, families, or small teams. This session is suitable for those who need clear guidance, precise advice, or a professional discussion on a specific topic. The €80 fee covers up to one hour of consulting, and the topic can be freely selected after payment and prior coordination. Typical subjects include personal development, education planning, immigration pathways, or general inquiries related to Cademix programs. This category also includes initial initiatives for collaboration or partnership, such as discussions with international universities interested in establishing an MOU or cooperation framework, companies seeking collaboration, partnership, proposal development, or mutual exchange opportunities. The preferred format is an online video meeting, though voice calls, short audio messages, or written Q&A within the one-hour limit are equally accepted.
Technical, Business, or Emergency Consultation (Up to 60 Minutes) – €200
A specialized session with Dr. Javad Zarbakhsh covering technical, engineering, scientific, business development, or policy-making topics,
as well as urgent or high-priority cases requiring immediate or focused attention.
This package is designed for individuals or small groups who need in-depth analysis, professional evaluation, or strategic decision-making support.
It also covers participation in group meetings, business meetings, or project discussions where Dr. Zarbakhsh is invited as a consultant or expert.
The €200 fee includes up to one hour of consulting for one person, a family, or a small group.
Preparation, data review, and document analysis before the session are normally part of this package.
Online video meetings are the preferred method, but voice calls or text-based communication within the same time limit are also accepted.
Eight-Hour Consulting + Publication Package – €500
This credit package includes 8 hours of targeted consultation, which can be divided into several sessions or online discussions,
dedicated to preparing and publishing one article in the Cademix Journal.
It includes editing, translation, and preparation of relevant visuals.
You may choose to be the first or sole author, or publish under a pseudonym or author ID to maintain privacy.
Emergency and Private Workshops
Emergency Consultation or Interview Session (€200)
Designed for urgent cases requiring high-priority attention, including admission interviews,
document reviews, and official evaluation sessions for entry into the Cademix Accelerator.
This may also serve as an industrial assessment, technical test, or short workshop with certification (e.g., article writing, response to official letters, or Cademix specialized language test).
Includes up to one hour of live session and, if necessary, one additional hour of offline emergency follow-up.

Pricing for Self-Organized Groups in Consulting Sessions and Training Programs
At the Cademix Institute of Technology, self-organized groups of participants can use our consulting services and training programs at a reduced cost by sharing the expense. These groups can participate in any of our services, including specialized consulting sessions, article writing workshops, and training programs. With a transparent pricing model, costs are adjusted based on the number of participants, allowing groups to effectively reduce their overall expenses.
Group Consulting Pricing Model:
The pricing for all services, including specialized consulting sessions, article writing packages, and training programs, is calculated using the following formula:
Total Price = Base Price × √(Number of Participants)
The price per person (P) is calculated using the formula P = B / √n, where B is the base price and n is the number of participants. This formula is both fair and simple, as it reduces the cost per person as the group size increases, making it affordable for larger groups while maintaining the total value.
This formula is designed so that as the number of participants increases, the total price increases, but the cost per person gradually decreases, allowing groups to benefit from personalized coaching and consulting at a lower cost.
Advantages of Self-Organized Groups:
- Reduced Cost per Person: As the number of participants increases, the cost per person decreases, making it more cost-effective for larger groups.

Emergency Consultation Session
This package is designed for high-priority, urgent consultations. It includes initial registration, document review, and formal interviews for entry into the Cademix Accelerator program. This service is available for clients needing immediate, off-schedule consultations. A one-hour online session, and if needed, an additional hour on an emergency offline line, are provided for a fee of €200.
Booking and Payment:
To request this session, please pay via PayPal or local exchanges. Include your name and phone number for direct contact. Send a reminder message on WhatsApp with “VIP Reservation” at the beginning, along with your name and contact number.
For workshops requiring follow-up or testing, such as those leading to an online test, workshop certificate, or publication, the emergency consultation session can also be used. This includes workshops on article writing or technical training with assessment and certification.
